He started his professional career at first with a leading auditing company (Ernst and Young) and later in a connected firm (Studio Associato Legale e Tributario in cooperation with Ernst and Young International) coming to hold the role of manager in charge of the Triveneto Area, engaged in advising on corporate taxation and providing assistance to audits
Chairman of the Board of Auditors and/or Auditor of Capital Companies (medium/large companies) and director and liquidator of Capital Companies
He deals mainly with tax advice (business income, including international income, an issue that he has dealt with since he worked for Ernst and Young International) and tax litigation. He carries out the latter activity on behalf of many "major taxpayers" including, with an ongoing mandate, a listed company (Insurance Company)
He assists "large company" buyers in company purchase transactions (company appraisal, shareholders' agreements, search for tax opportunities collateral to extraordinary transactions)
