She mainly devotes herself to tax litigation; she provides assistance at every level to persons subject to inspections and audits by the bodies of the Tax Authorities as well as advice in the early stage of litigation, prior assessment of the risks and benefits arising from litigation institution with special attention to any reversal and penalty effects
She has extensive experience in effectively managing relationships with Tax Offices and in preparing deeds for settlement of pending tax debts, in assisting in self-defense proceedings and with other deeds for mitigating litigation
She also deals with preparing and drawing up ruling petitions and those regarding subsequent procedural stages
