Professional experiences
 
  • Bashar is a seasoned professional with wide-ranging industry knowledge, he brought solid executive experience to his new role with Studio Righini. His international involvement provided him strong multi-functional business management experience across Strategy, Continuous Improvement, Commercial Management, Planning, and Information Technology
  • He recently founded Construct360 Business System, a 360-degree approach to Digital Transformation in construction and real estate development. It focuses on leveraging his extensive industry practical knowledge to align organizational processes and systems seamlessly with smart construction principles to reduce project timelines and increase ROI
  • His consulting experience encompasses over ten years of Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation Programs for significant construction groups, with several billion US dollars in project portfolios:
  1. Construction Products Holding Company, a large international conglomerate, for whom he devised a production planning route for offsite construction. In addition, he provided a report on the usage of innovative and sustainable construction materials, including non-metallic architectural products. He also introduced a hybrid offsite construction system and had it approved by the Building Technology Program at the Ministry of Housing
  2. Saudi Binladin Group, from 2013 to 2016, he leads a Digital Transformation program to restructure mega project organizations to achieve effective control over project constraints (cost, time, quality, scope). The program achieved its objective of creating a continuous improvement plan by bringing and aligning all project-related activities into the process
  3. International Building Systems, a Nesma Group company, from 2007 to 2012, he led its organizational restructuring initiative through the strategic design and delivery of a business transformation program and implementation of an effective construction management information system
     
  • In 2013, Bashar co-founded and chaired the Italian Saudi Business Group (ISBG). ISBG is a private Italian not-for-profit association aimed at Italian and Saudi companies through their highest corporate levels to facilitate interpersonal relationships, promote the exchange of information, and facilitate business opportunities in the two countries. In collaboration with the Italian Consulate and local Chamber of Commerce, ISBG promotes the best of Made in Italy and facilitates strategic alliances and business partnerships between Saudi and Italian entrepreneurs through system-based networking
  • In 2005, he developed Globall Management Advisory, an exclusive Lithos Real Estate’s non-performing loans (NPL) fund advisor, with assets under management of multimillions Euro
  • Before that, in collaboration with FAI Srl and Studio Righini, he commercially appraised and negotiated Multi-Millions of Euro real estate developments and consolidation opportunities in Italy and the USA. Projects managed included an-exclusive condo-hotel conversion in South Miami Beach “Sharalton” and he acquisition of a dynamic local Miami construction company
