Organized by Trends magazine and INSEAD business school, the Top CEO Awards targets
the GCC most affluent people, CEOs, CMOs, Presidents and VPs. 
 
Top CEO Conference and Awards, which took place under the “Paradigm Shift” theme at King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia, The event saw business leaders and more than 30 expert speakers from across the Middle East gathering to discuss the burning issues facing the corporate world today in a series of keynote sessions, which concluded with an awards ceremony that recognized the exceptional business leadership of the region’s top 100 CEOs.

“Top CEO Conference” also featured keynote sessions including “Lean & Mean,” where panelists explored the importance of restructuring businesses in the Gulf and the Middle East to adapt to the end of the era of abundance. “The Execution Challenge,” which addressed the fact that the majority of C-suite executives consider poor execution the single biggest hindrance to the growth of their industry, and “Moving away from Bureaucracy,” which considered how hurdles could be removed at an administrative level to allow the public sector to come into its own.
Other topics included: “Maintaining Momentum,” “The Social Model,” “The Private Sector” and “A New Era,” as well as, “Levelling the Playing Ground,” “Internationalizing Business,” “Startups: Rethinking the Ecosystem,” but also, forward-thinking sessions such as “Beyond Vision 2030” and “Securing the Future.”
 
This year, at the venue of King Abdullah Economic City in KSA, Top CEO launched the Arab Women Forum, and Studio Righini was there represented by dr. Bashar Jabban, partner middle east operations with  Alessandra Serafini, Italian Business Group (IBG) business manager.
 The one-day women Forum aimed to enhance and support the growing contribution of Arab women to the region’s economy and society, analyzing the transformational role of women in business and society and assess its impact on the future of the Arab society and economy. With the contribution of many top women executives, decision makers and professionals, as well as experts on women empowerment, the Forum highlighted the importance of the efforts toward gender equality. In a surprisingly short time, Saudi Arabia has made major changes in line with Saudi Vision 2030 to involve more women in the workforce — and in the economic and social developments that the Kingdom is witnessing.
Among the local top women executives and professionals participating at the Forum, some highly representative Italian ladies gave their brilliant contribution and experience to the debate: Mrs. Chiara Corazza, managing Director of Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society; Elisabetta Martini, Consul General of Italy in Jeddah; Allegra Salvatori, journalist and politician.
